On 20 July 2026, Gates Industrial Corporation plc underwent a Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to which it was re-registered as a private limited company and renamed Gates Industrial Corporation (UK) Ltd. As part of the reorganisation, a new holding company, Gates Industrial Corporation Ltd, incorporated and registered in Bermuda, became the ultimate parent company of the Group.
