Events after the year end (1)
- During FY25, the Group recognised revenue of £4.5m and profit of £2.8m under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS) for its private hire operations. In June 2026, the High Court ruled in a lead industry case that private hire services fall outside TOMS; however, permission to appeal to the Supreme Court has since been formally sought by the operator involved (Bolt). Given the ongoing legal proceedings, significant uncertainty remains regarding the final legal interpretation, and the potential exposure is not considered a probable present obligation at the reporting date.
